What is your shipping policy?
We ship within 7-10 business days of your purchase date, via USPS First Class Mail, unless otherwise noted. We know sometimes you just can't wait. Priority and Express shipping are available, contact us for additional fees and details via email@example.com.
We do our absolute best to make sure your items are cared for along the way, as well as use the best possible means to keep shipping charges low, which is why we use the United States Postal Office as our shipping carrier, however we are not responsible for packages lost in the mail, once the tracking number shows progress, any questions will need to be directed to the USPS. What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery confirmation as long as clothing is unworn and unwashed with tags attached. All returns will be refunded back to your original form of payment, less the shipping charges. Customers are responsible for any postage costs associated with the return shipment. Items noted as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
